Renee Norman

Renee Norman is co founder of She Moves

In 2016 Ren and co founder Jen saw friends, family and colleagues struggling to maintain a healthy relationship with fitness and health – reaching for quick fixes, failing at fitness programmes that demanded too much time and losing their confidence in the process.

Ren and Jen realised they could combine their passion, frustration and expertise to lead the change they wanted to see in the fitness world. More real talk, simplified messages, achievable goals – and more fun.

Their side hustle, Real Health NZ, was born. This collective of women was brought together by Ren and Jen’s online workouts, and as the brand grew it was time to move into a new chapter. In 2020 She Moves was launched.
