Forty per cent of mums stop breastfeeding as they think their baby is not getting enough from breastfeeding alone. Join Katie from Medela as she talks through what’s normal when it comes to breastfeeding in the first few days up to the first few months. Find out why babies need to feed like they do, and why it’s so frequent! Let Katie reassure you on how you will know your baby is doing great and getting enough to eat.

There is currently a lot of conflicting information around when and how to start solids. Dr Julie will be delivering a must-see presentation on starting your baby off on solid food. Having just published her book on this topic she will be shining the spotlight on the most current research including when to start, what food to introduce and how fast, baby-led weaning, and very important new guidelines on allergenic foods. Along with hot-off-the-press information, Dr Julie will also cover the practicalities of just how to feed your baby while juggling everything else as a mum, along with a baby food-making demonstration.

Emma reveals the 5 most important factors and changes you can make to help your baby to learn to sleep through the night.
