Jason has grown into an expert on the power of foods and fasting and brings a wealth of experience and research in these fields. Jason is a regular public and TV speaker throughout New Zealand and Australia. He has experience speaking in South East Asia and the UK and appeared live on "9am" which at the time was the #1 Australian Morning Show.
Jason is also an author and his first book (Eat Less, Live Long) has been included in the Whitcoulls top 100 - books that have been voted for by New Zealand readers - he is one of only 5 NZ authors to make the list!
Jason was born sickly and premature to a mother suffering toxaemia. Throughout his life he suffered asthma, constipation, bad skin, allergies, hayfever and fatigue, alongside regular colds, flu, bugs and sickness that would have him in bed for weeks/months every year. He was on ventolin daily (up to 16 shots), regular steroid injections and Intal preventers. After being told many times he was "incurable", and having his first child in 1989, he chose to focus on rebuilding his health the natural way.
Jason cured his asthma, constipation, allergies, hay fever and fatigue and rebuilt his skin through changing his diet, lifestyle and regular fasting, and has not had a cold, bug, flu, virus, or used an inhaler, medication or drugs for over 17 years. He puts it all down to diet and says anyone can have this kind of health if they are willing to do the work.
Jason is now a health mentor and health researcher and one of a new breed of experts in food and how it affects lifestyle diseases such as cancers, heart disease, asthma, allergies, arthritis, osteoporosis, and digestive disorders such as IBS, diverticulitis, constipation, cognitive decline and more. He regularly trains and works with naturopaths, pharmacists, herbalists, nutritionists, dieticians and doctors in this regard. He is inspiring, highly motivating and completely down to earth and approachable. He is highly respected in the natural health industry and is currently mentoring people in the United States, New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
