Clare Toufexis

Clare Toufexis manages the Customer Design and Uptake teams at the Department of Internal Affairs and led the design and development of SmartStart, New Zealand’s first integrated online service based on the journey from pregnancy to birth and beyond. Clare will be showcasing how SmartStart assists parents with step-by-step information on the services and support available to them during this time in their lives.
