In this heartfelt, humorous, raw and honest talk, Kim opens up about the things she wishes she had known, the lessons she learned along the way, and the products, practices and moments that helped create a little magic and delight even in some of the hardest seasons. Kimberley Crossman is an actress, author, presenter, producer, comedian, and entrepreneur from New Zealand. She first became a household name as Sophie McKay on Shortland Street before building an international career across television, film, and digital media. Kimberley is the creator and host of the Pretty Depressed podcast, where she has spent years having honest conversations about mental health, resilience, and the human experience. She is the co founder of Vital Bits, works as a keynote speaker, and is passionate about storytelling that creates connection. As a new mum to her daughter Coco, her work has expanded to include motherhood, wellbeing and the realities of modern parenting with the same warmth, humour and vulnerability that have become her trademark.
